About Me:

I’m an HR professional who believes people strategies should drive real results — not just fill up slide decks. Over my career, I’ve built HR departments from scratch, led change initiatives without losing my mind (or my team), and turned "this is how we’ve always done it" into "why didn’t we do this sooner?"

I’ve led HR operations across multiple states, developed policies that didn’t require a lawyer to decode, and fueled company growth by focusing on hiring great people — and keeping them. I’ve managed acquisitions without anyone flipping a desk, launched recognition programs employees actually wanted, and introduced HR technologies that made everyone's lives easier, not more bureaucratic.

As an educator, I mentor future HR leaders with a mix of practical advice, real-world war stories, and the occasional reminder that HR is not for the faint of heart. As a consultant, I partner with companies ready to invest in employee engagement, benefits strategy, and organizational development — not just slap band-aids on bigger issues.

Credentials? I’ve got them: coaching certification through the Martha Beck Wayfinder program, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management, a SHRM-CP certification, and a bachelor’s in International Relations. (Because knowing how to navigate international diplomacy also comes in handy for office politics.)

If you're looking for HR leadership that’s equal parts strategic, fearless, and human — with a side of sarcasm and a serious results track record — let's talk.
